For an international company specialized in consultancy and technical services for high-tolerance industrial concrete flooring, operating in advanced logistics environments, e-commerce, and automated warehouses. The company supports high-performance projects through digital measurement technologies and advanced remediation solutions.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Head of Business Development Italy responsible for the full development and management of the business in Italy. The role will lead the market expansion, combining business development, operational management, project coordination, and subcontractor supervision.
Must have?
• Solid experience in business development and operational management in construction / civil engineering / logistics infrastructure and warehouse sectors;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

What does the Head of Business Development Italy do?
• Develops the company’s presence in the Italian market;
• Defines and implements commercial and growth strategies;
• Coordinates project execution, from survey phase to remediation;
• Supervises subcontractors and external partners, ensuring quality, timing, and costs;
• Manages daily operations and corporate governance;
• Oversees contractual, financial, and reporting activities;
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients in logistics and industrial sectors.
Ideal candidate
• Degree in industrial/civil/building engineering or similar fields;
• 8–10 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or logistics/warehouse infrastructure;
• Project management experience on technically complex projects;
• Strong commercial, relational, and leadership skills;
• Ability to work under pressure with full responsibility for results and performance;
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2);
• Availability to travel across Italy and Europe.
