We are looking for an Export Customer Service Officer, who handles sales orders and the processing of requests, applying company procedures within their area of responsibility.

Must have? 

Experience in similar roles, good knowledge of export processes (Extra EU), fluent English (B2 level +) and great communications skills.

The Export Customer Service Officer is responsible for:

• Imputing orders in the system, verifying compliance with the conditions of sale in force and providing to complete all the procedures that led to the fulfillment of the order;
• Ensuring the prompt processing of sales orders and efficient organization of transport, coordinating with other functions (production, warehouse, logistics) in order to meet customer requirements;
• Preparing the required export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Lading) and ensuring its registration;
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of export processes (Extra EU);
• Knowledge MS Office software and SAP;
• Fluent English (B2 level+) and knowledge of Spanish (B1-B2). Knowledge of German will be considered a plus;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Excellent communications skills.
