We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with experience in a procurement, supply chain or sourcing role, sound knowledge of SAP and English fluency.   

Must have? 

Experience as procurement specialist or in a similar role, fluent English (B2 level +), experience working with SAP and great communications skills.

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for:

• Researching suppliers of goods and services, preparing proposals and requesting quotes;
• Negotiating new contracts and development of the suppliers' network;
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements while tracking inventory;
• Executing approved purchases of goods and services;
• Managing, monitoring and maintaining all data in SAP; e.g., price lists, purchase info records, certifications, master data changes;
• Monitoring supplier performance and handling complaints;
• Managing contract reviews while ensuring contract performance is managed in line with KPI's;
• Checking invoices and rebates;
• Analysing industry and demand trends supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies;

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Industrial Chemistry, Business or related disciplines;
• Experience as procurement specialist or similar role, such as supply chain, purchasing or sourcing roles;
• Good understanding of procurement processes;
• Experience with SAP;
• Fluent English (B2 level+);
• Excellent communications skills;
• Eagerness to grow within the role.
