Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded EMEA Workplace Operation Coordinator with a strong background in technology and IT management, adept at fostering international collaboration and driving efficiency across EMEA operations.
Must have?
7+ years of experience in IT management, proficiency in workplace management tools (e.g., MS Office 365, Active Directory), proven track record of coordinating distributed teams, and excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level).

As the EMEA Workplace Operation Coordinator, you'll spearhead all technology and IT-related operations across EMEA organization, ensuring seamless functioning and alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating IT Workplace Competence Centers: Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure proper maintenance and internal customer service.
- Enhancing Team Collaboration: Foster outstanding service levels by improving teamwork and collaboration among all team members.
- Resource Management: Develop and promote team members' careers to enhance customer satisfaction and support business goals.
- Defining Guidelines and Procedures: Work alongside global/regional/local managers to establish guidelines and procedures supporting business operations.
- Monitoring KPIs and Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support ICT management in defining strategic actions.
Ideal Candidate:
7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multinational environment.
Proficiency in workplace management tools such as MS Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate distributed teams effectively.
Proven track record of implementing IT strategies that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
English (C1), (Italian is a plus)
